Things To Know First

The Common Application is required for students applying to any YIS Program. You’ll be able to choose the payment mode and program s that you are interested.

You will need :

  • Admission is open for all nationals
  • Academic years are aligned with the academic calendar of MOE Saudi Arabia i.e. starting September each year
  • All assessment tests shall be in alignment with CAIE Assessment Schedule
  • Age guidelines By MOE and CAIE, for admission to various grades shall be strictly complied. KG–1 Completed 3 years and not yet reached age of 4. KG–2 Completed 4 years and not yet reached age of 5. KG–3 Completed 5 years and not yet reached age of 6. Y-1, 5 years 9 months less than 6 years with 90 days Y2 and above. Based on previous class studied
  • Application forms for admission can be obtained from the School office or downloaded from here: ADMISSION FORM. Completed application forms along with required documentation shall be submitted to the Admission Officer. Admission shall be confirmed only upon paying the applicable School fees.

Fee Structure

For New admission students for academic year 2022-23 the tuition fee effective 01 September 2022 shall be as follows.

The new tuition fee for your wards (i.e. for our existing old students) effective 01 September 2022 will be as follows:

Note 1: Fee can be paid in advance in multiples of installments at any time before 31st March.

Note 2: Late fee charge is SAR 1/- (Including 15% VAT) per day.

The Application Process

Obtain Admission Form

Admission form can be downloaded from the school website or collected from the school office.

Gather Necessary Documents

Gather all the documents required for admission as listed in the Check List

Submit Documentation to School

Submit the admission form along with all the required documents to the admission officer or front desk.

Interview & Test

Attend the selection screening that may include personal interview, counselling, document verification and entry level test. Dates for screening and portion paper for tests will be informed at the time of form submission.

Approvals & Result

Documentation and Selection results will be reviewed and approved by the Principal and the result will be communicated to the parents by the admission officer.

Fee Payment

Admission process will be completed upon payment of the applicable fees at the School fee counter.

Note1: Girls should wear white hair band (short hair) or white rubber bands. Long hair must be plaited with white ribbon. Bangles/anklets/friendship bands and Jewelry are not allowed in school.

Note 2: Winter Wear: Brown plain chocolate-coloured blazers are compulsory during winter for both boys and girls. However, on PE Days, students should wear white sweater/pullover with their white uniform. Gloves and caps (whenever worn) should blend with the uniform colour. Girls may wear white stockings instead of socks. Blazers are compulsory for official functions, award ceremonies and inter school competitions.

Note3: All students shall strictly follow the school uniform code.
